This is the SCREEN WORN Theory red silk asymmetrical top as worn by Brooke Davis (Sophia Bush) on One Tree Hill. It is the physical top Sophia Bush wore while filming. This was purchased from the OTH wrap sale in Wilmington, NC after the show finished.

This top is in perfect condition (there are some sharpie marks on the interior of the top, near the brand tag -- this was done by the wardrobe/production team.) Size small, but it was altered to fit Sophia Bush... you can see alterations on the interior of the top.
