SPOTTED: Blake Lively’s Marchesa purple suede lasercut mini dress, worn to the National Board of Review of Motion Pictures gala AND red carpet in January 2011. Blake played Serena van der Woodsen in the show Gossip Girl.

This dress become the envy of every fashionista’s eye after it was featured in Glamour Magazine’s “Loving Her Look” column titled “Blake Lively in Marchesa,” published on January 12, 2011. It was described as being “equal parts feminine and sexy, thanks to some major ruffles, laser-cut insets, and the curve-hugging silhouette.” The article spiraled the dress to popularity, and it’s one of Blake Lively’s most iconic off-screen outfits from her era while playing Serena in the show! 💜
